Maritama Carlson of PinkLight Productions has accepted an opportunity to be a mentor to production students under the exciting learning opportunity for young Canadian film makers which is co-sponsored by Telus StoryHive project and the Canada Council for the Arts. https://www.sparkshort.com

The program pays the students and provides immersive hands-on experience, orientation and goal setting sessions with a mentor, a professional headshot and resume package, and an anti-bias workshop among other benefits. For more information on the program see: Mentorship/Spark Short Film

Maritama has always had a fondness for students and has been awarded for her leadership role in her own community. I am sure everyone will be enriched by this experience.

The project will be going to camera on January 22 to the 26th 2022. Keep watching for more information on this project.
